Belly released the visuals to his much anticipated single “Num8ers” on WSHH which featured an appearance from Warner Brothers recording artist Rich Hil. The two also got in the studio to record a remix version of the song, set to be released very soon. The video was an abstract concept shot and directed by Footage, falling in perfect place with the rest of the videos from Belly’s latest mixtape The Greatest Dream I Never Had. On 11-11-11 Belly released his 8th mixtape to date THE GREATEST DREAM I NEVER HAD. The tape is dark, personal and intimate. Each song samples records from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s including artists like Love Inc (Broken Bones), REM, Lana Del Ray (Videogames), James Blake (The Wilhelm Scream) among many others. The tape was produced and arranged by Belly, DannyBoy Styles, Da Heala and The Weeknd.

The night before the release of The Greatest Dream I Never Had Belly held a private listening party inside Liberty Studios in Toronto with several special guests in attendance including The Weeknd and French Montana. The next day, French Montana also brought out Belly for a suprise performance of his song “NUM8ERS” off The Greatest Dream I Never Had mixtape. Check out the recap video here.

Before the release of THE GREATEST DREAM I NEVER HAD mixtape, Belly released the visuals for the song “Purple Drugs” off the mixtape.

Produced by Hugo Diaz (Pitbull, DJ Khaled, Trick Daddy, Rick Ross, Trina) and mixed by Noah “40″ Shebib (Drake, Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys) “I Drink I Smoke” is the second collaboration between Bellyand Snoop Dogg. The two got together in Amsterdam to shoot the official video, which is set to be released shortly. With its uptempo and hard-hitting beat, “I Drink I Smoke” will be the perfect anthem for party-goers around the world! Belly caught up with Taylor Gang general Wiz Khalifa for a smoking session during his time in Toronto. Wiz had two sold out shows back to back in September as part of his “Rolling Papers Tour.”

September 8th – Belly participated in Frosh week activities by headlining a sold out show at Humber College. With Lil Jon as the official DJ of the event, Belly killed his set leaving fans chanting his name before and after the show. To see more photos from the event go HERE.

This month, Belly takes over the cover of INDUSTRY Magazine, and a few weeks ago, he also hosted their 3 year anniversary event, which also celebrated the birthday or Lisa “LPeezy” Persaud.

Flow93.5 Summer Jam – July 16th 2011, Belly performed his first set with a full band inside the MTV Masonic Temple in Toronto for the Flow93.5 Summer Jam. Taking his younger brother, and rap artist, Ramsey on stage with him, Belly performed singles like “She Ride” where he brought out R&B singer JRDN, as well as “Hot Girl” for which pop-star Danny Fernandes joined him on stage for a surprise performance. Among other performing artists were Melanie Fiona, Kardinal Offishall and fellow rapper P Reign. To see photos from the show go HERE
